Highly recommend! Great equipment, helpful coaches, variety of classes, and friendly environment. I've been at this gym for about one year now and have benefitted so much-- not only in growing a skillset and staying active, but also in gaining friendships and a community.
I do their boxing classes twice a week and it’s great. Each class is around fifty minutes and they have multiple instructors during the week. I usually have Gabe and Ronny as my instructors and they do a great job. They also have Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and kick boxing. Nice facilities and good people.
Great place to workout at. The facilities are clean the locker room is spacious. The bathrooms are clean. They have an abundance of equipment to choose from. The price is fantastic for everything you get access to.
